Cancel Combined Payment

This endpoint allows you to cancel a previously authorized combined payment. It is typically used when the entire payment (made with more than one card) must be voided before capture.

Usage Scenarios:
- Full void of a combined authorization due to user request or error.
- Rejection of payment during fraud analysis or validation stage.

Notes:
- Only authorized but not captured payments can be canceled.
- All payment components involved in the combined authorization must be listed in the payments array.
- A unique request_id must be used to ensure idempotency of cancellation.
- Cancellation might not be reversible depending on the acquirer or issuer’s rules.

Payment method type for the transaction:

  • DEBIT: Debit card payment
  • CREDIT_AUTHORIZATION: Credit card authorization (two-step, capture later)
  • CREDIT_PRE_AUTHORIZATION: Credit card pre-authorization
  • INSTANT_TRANSFER: Instant payment (single-step, immediate capture)
  • INSTANT_TRANSFER_PREAUTH: Instant payment pre-authorization (two-step, capture within 30 days)

Purchase identification code used by e-commerce (code or order number).

Value reversed by the cancellation, in cents.

For a Cashout cancellation, the value depends on cancellation_with_cashout. When you sent true, amount matches the amount of the original authorization. When you sent false, amount is the original authorization amount minus the data.cashout.cashout_amount you sent on that authorization.

cashout_amountinteger<int32>

Cash withdrawal amount of the original transaction, in cents. Returned when the cancellation carries cancellation_with_cashout. Getnet Argentina (AR) only.
