The Printing Responsibility feature provides the application that is using the integration with the Getnet’s Payment Application the possibility to take responsibility for printing the establishment’s and customer’s receipts. This allows the application for greater flexibility and the opportunity to add more fields to the receipt.

How to use it

To use this feature, the application must send the parameter allowPrintCurrentTransaction with the value false when using a deeplink for operations that generate receipts (such as payment, refund, or reprint).

As a result, the deeplink returns the automationSlip parameter, a JSON-formatted string containing the receipt fields.

Mandatory Rule: If the application chooses to take responsibility for printing, it MUST print at least the establishment’s receipt. Printing the customer’s receipt remains optional.

AutomationSlip object

The AutomationSlip Object is a JSON-formatted string returned by the Getnet Payment Application when the allowPrintCurrentTransaction parameter is set to false.

It contains all the necessary transaction data (such as merchant details, authorization codes, amounts, and the Getnet logo in Base64) required for the external application to generate and print its own formatted receipts.
