Result Codes and Data Structures

This page provides reference documentation for the status codes and data structures returned by the Getnet Payment App via App2App deeplinks.

Result codes

Values returned in the result field by most deeplinks (Payment, Refund, Polling, Reprint, Reports, Shift, Pre-authorization):

Code	Status	Meaning
`"0"`	Success	Operation completed successfully.
`"1"`	Denied	Transaction rejected by the issuer or card brand.
`"2"`	Canceled	The command was aborted (for example, by a Cancel Operation request).
`"3"`	Error	Technical failure during processing.
`"4"`	Unknown	State uncertain. Verify the transaction status.

The Cancel Operation deeplink returns "6" (operation successfully canceled) in its own response. The command it aborts (Payment, Refund, or Pre-authorization) returns "2" (Canceled). See Cancel an Operation in Progress.

Check status codes

The getnet://payment/v1/transaction-check-status deeplink uses a different set of values in its result field, reflecting the current transaction status:

`"1"`	AUTHORIZED	Transaction authorized.
`"2"`	REFUNDED	Transaction refunded.
`"3"`	CANCELED	Transaction canceled.
`"4"`	REVERSED	Transaction reversed.
`"5"`	NOT_FOUND	No transaction was found for the given `callerId`.
`"6"`	UNKNOWN	An unexpected value was returned.

Data structures

The following objects are returned by specific deeplinks as JSON-formatted strings.

CommerceData

Object returned by getnet://payment/v1/commerce-data in the commerceData field:

`legalName`	String	Legal name of the merchant.
`commerceNumber`	String	Merchant identification number.
`commerceCuit`	String	Merchant’s tax identification number: CUIT in Argentina, CNPJ in Brazil, or RUT in Chile.
`branchName`	String	Store branch name.
`littleBranchName`	String	Short name of the store branch.
`branchNumber`	String	Store branch number.
`branchAddress`	String	Branch address.
`branchDistrict`	String	District or area of the store branch.
`terminalId`	String	Identifier code of the terminal.
`serialNumber`	String	Serial number of the POS terminal.

Terminal information

Object returned by getnet://payment/v1/get-info. Some values may be empty strings when not available.

`terminalId`	String	Identifier that uniquely distinguishes the terminal in the merchant’s infrastructure.
`serialNumber`	String	Manufacturer-assigned serial number of the terminal.
`terminalModel`	String	Physical model of the terminal.
`os`	String	Operating system version installed on the terminal.
`emvModule`	String	Version or identifier of the EMV module.
`appVersionName`	String	Version of the Payment Application.
`communicationUrl`	String	Endpoint used to communicate with the acquirer’s backend.
`primaryIp`	String	Primary IP address used for network connectivity.
`company`	String	Service Provider Name (SPN) of the SIM.
`apn`	String	Access Point Name for the mobile data connection.
`simId`	String	Identifier of the SIM card installed in the terminal.
`communicationType`	String	Current communication method: `Wi-Fi` or `GPRS`.
`wifi`	String	Network name of the current Wi-Fi connection.
`certificateStatus`	Boolean	`true` if the SDK certificate is valid.
`tipEnabled`	Boolean	`true` if tip is enabled.
`receipt`	Boolean	`true` if receipt is enabled.
`salesperson`	Boolean	`true` if the salesperson code is enabled.
`installmentCommerce`	Boolean	`true` if the merchant allows installment payments.
`issuerInstallments`	Boolean	`true` if the card issuer offers installments.

Operation

Individual transaction object within the detailed sales report (reportType="0") returned by getnet://payment/v1/reports:

`paymentType`	String	Payment type (currently an empty string).
`opReasonMessageStatus`	String	Operation status message.
`capturedState`	String	Captured state (currently an empty string).
`timestamp`	String	Timestamp of the operation in ISO8601 with time zone.
`brandType`	String	Card brand.
`cardLastNumber`	String	Last 4 digits of the card used.
`operationValue`	String	Operation value.
`operation`	String	Type of operation: credit, debit, voucher, qrcode, or cancellation.
`opDescription`	String	Operation description (currently an empty string).

Shift response

Fields returned by getnet://payment/v1/shift:
